OUR NEW LOCATION is Coming
this Feb 2nd!!

1720 W. Belmont Ave
Chicago, IL 60657
(it is very close to our current office about a 4 minute drive)
Plenty of street parking with no meters
On the Belmont Bus line
Close to Paulina Brown line L that will be opening up in March
We will have the same phone # and same e-mail of course

When:

We will start seeing patients Monday February 2nd, 2009 at 1720 W. Belmont
It is coming up!
The last day we will see patients in our Diversey office is Sat Jan. 31st and then
Monday Feb 2nd we will be ready to go for patients at 1720 Belmont.

Why:

As we love our current location we were ready to call an office completely ours.
We have been designing and customizing the office from the ground up for some time now and are excited to include added features in the new office at 1720 W. Belmont that will improve the patient experience.

Everything will be ready by Monday Feb. 2nd!
It will be a place we can call home for a long time and allow us to serve the community even better.

We look forward to 2009 and having the privilege to serve you, your family, and friends to improve health and decrease aches and pains.
